WEEK 11: INDIVIDUAL REFLECTION AND SELF-ASSESSMENT

I am glad I particpated in e-learing course. Like I said previous posts I hadent experiences before. But know I know how to do e-learning prototype and I have experiences to work in international group. If I look back these weeks I really enyojed comparing e-learning courses individually.
In group work we created e-learing prototype for middle-aged people how learning about social-networking. In group work we had problem at the beginning, because everyone didint paricpated right time. But we experineced we must not meet every week to do group work. Everyone can give their part individually too. But ofcourse collobration is needful during group work. Also is important to test e-learing course at beginning already.
I want to thank my faciliator Terje how gave appropriate feedback, construct needful course and materials . Also I want to thank all my group members who teach me a lot about e-learning.

I think I will deserve C. I think I had some errors in posts and at the beginning writing to my contract I didint know what to expect this course. But I think I did good job anyway and I really enjoyed this course.
